Operational instructions

* All goods are supplied as new, directly from the manufacturer

* Before the first use, always charge the cells to full voltage

* The initial charge must be done with low current at max 0.5C - i.e. 50 A for 100 Ah cell

* Protect the cell terminals against dirt, damage and short-circuit

* The cells must be monitored and protected against deep discharge and over charge

* The charge and discharge must be carried under supervision

Warranty

We guarantee you’ll be happy with the cells, battery packs, and solar energy components you purchase from us. We 100% unconditionally back the authenticity of any battery we sell. The battery we sent is a brand new battery with sufficient capacity, and our battery has been tested before shipment.

5-year guarantee. 

Cahill offers a 5-year manufacturer’s defect warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover negligence or misuse of the battery. 

This warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by accidental submerging of the battery in any body of water (lake, stream, pond, or the ocean), leaving the battery exposed in the rain, overcurrent situations during either charging or discharging of the battery, abuse, neglect, improper use, unauthorized modification or tampering, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, disposal in a fire, freezing, theft, accidental damage, or other forms of physical damage.

30-days warranty on all accessories & complimentary products. After that time it is the responsibility of our manufacturing partners and a standard manufacturer’s warranty applies (5 years from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer).

Warranty only applies to the original owner (non-transferable).

All products are checked for quality before being shipped out. If you have a quality issue with a product please contact support to help diagnose the problem. In most cases, we are able to sort out the problem by providing technical support, without your sending anything back.

Returns

Our ultimate goal is your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know right away. You may return the goods purchased on the Cahill Store website within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods for any reason or no reason but excluding the shipping fee. Items must accompany proof of purchase and be in new, re-sellable condition. Custom items are not eligible for return.

Refunds usually will only be issued to the original form of payment.

These situations do not provide return nor refund

1. After the assembly or assembly process happens any problem, such as the protection board connected to the wrong wire burned leads to battery damage, charger failure, assembly error or unbalanced assembly, etc. 

2. For damage caused, such as battery bulge / welded, battery pack without protection BMS caused by charging.  Replacement components will only be sent after we have received your returned component and finished an inspection to determine the cause of any problems. Battery Finds is not responsible for return shipping.
